LIGHTFE Product Warranty Policy

Dear Customer, thank you for choosing a LIGHTFE flashlight. To help us provide you with better service and protect your rights and interests, please read the following warranty policy carefully. Please keep your warranty card and proof of purchase for future warranty claims.

Warranty Commitment

LIGHTFE products are covered by our after-sales warranty service. If a product has a quality-related defect within 15 days of purchase, you may request a free replacement from the authorized dealer. During the applicable warranty period, eligible products will receive free repair service. Warranty periods vary by product category, as shown below.

Note: This warranty policy applies only to the products and accessories listed above.

Warranty Terms

1. Limited Lifetime Service: After the applicable free warranty period expires, all LIGHTFE products remain eligible for limited lifetime repair service. If major components need to be replaced, the customer will be charged for the cost of those components.
2. If a product has been discontinued during its warranty period and compatible repair parts are no longer available, LIGHTFE will provide a replacement product with similar performance or comparable value.

Warranty Service Details

1. All authorized LIGHTFE dealers are required to provide warranty support. If a product purchased through an authorized sales channel develops a quality-related defect during the warranty period, the customer may contact the local authorized dealer for service.
2. This warranty applies only to genuine LIGHTFE products sold through official channels, including authorized LIGHTFE dealers.
3. This warranty will become void if the product is disassembled, repaired or modified by any person or service provider not authorized by LIGHTFE.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to damage or defects resulting from:

1. Intentional damage, unauthorized disassembly or modification.
2. Improper operation, storage or maintenance.
3. Battery leakage.
4. Inadequate care or improper upkeep by the user.
5. Normal wear, deterioration or fading of textiles and other consumable or wear-prone parts under normal use.
6. A product serial number that has been deliberately altered, removed or cannot be provided in full.
7. Force majeure events, including lightning, earthquakes, fires and other natural disasters.
